We set up this blog to let everyone in the family know what Lois and George are up to and where we are in this summer of 2008. Motorhoming is definitely part of our lives and $4 gasoline has told us we don't want to be travelling around the country. So we are going to go 600 miles and park it. We know where we'll be because we have scouted it out. We'll be in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia near Cleveland GA from July 1 until August 30th. Then we travel about 130 miles to Pisgah Forest NC where we will be from September 1 until October 31st. We'll be volunteers for the U.S. Forest Service at "The Cradle of Forestry" -- a visitor center with exhibits which we will be manning and answering questions for the visitors coming through there.
So that's our plan and we will let the family members know how to reach us either by e-mail or snail mail, including the viewing of our blog. We hope you like it and participate as much as you would like.
